    Starting orbit settings

It seems that currently, the parameters to set an orbit are quite rudimentary. At the moment there seems to be only :
    - radius : the apoapsis altitude
    - radiusB : the periapsis altitude
    - degree : the orientation of the orbit major axis (related to the star?)

The ship seems to start always at the periapsis

Is there a way to :
    1) specify where do we start on the orbit
    2) make inclinated orbits

I think that in the future, a way to directly specify the orbitals elements of an orbit + the ship position on the orbit will be invaluable to write interesting missions

Currently, the degree is where the ship starts in orbit, but right now that is considered periapsis.

I do have plans to increase this functionality so more precise distribution can be achieved.
