    Displaying Forum Images // Tutorial

I've noticed on several forums trying to post images causes some confusion. The image, when uploaded with the forums built in uploader, will appear as a link when it is selected to be "in-line."
I found that there is a setting to change it to show the image not the link.

    Steps:
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Go to General Settings (under Edit Email & Password)
    3. Scroll to Thread Display Options (third section from the bottom)
    4. Check Show Images
(Optional) 5. Check Show Avatars & Show Signatures**
    Vuala!

** Avatars and Sigs make the forums a more fun place

Thanks for this - This is the first time I've seen those options disabled by default.

Yeah I found it weird too but I guess it's for the people who don't have unlimited internet data.

They would be free to disable them in such cases. Usually isn't even necessary, because of caching.

Well in the mean time they should take this and pin it or move it in a FAQ about the forums, otherwise it's gonna get lost and people will be confused again.
Edit: Stickied is the term for this forum I suppose.

Woot! Thanks for that, I had no idea that would be on by default. Also I just realised how phallic the game ship is....:\

Great tip. I also assumed they'd be on by default. Cheers.
